On January 15th, I will start the 80 day obsession with Beachbody and will also have a Facebook group. Click here to join. You can do the group without joining Beachbody but I will be doing the 80 day. You will commit to a sweaty selfie 5 days a week. Here is the link for the Beachbody. This link gives you all the online Beachbody exercises for a year. I have been doing these all last year and most are 30 min or less.
